Cheque issuance charges will be waived automatically for accountholders aged 60 years old and above until 31 December 2025. 

 

We strongly encourage all clients to make digital payments via PayNow, FAST, GIRO or Telegraphic Transfer.

Our Lunar New Year new notes exchange and red packets for RHB customers will be available from 24 January 2024.

Technical issue affected cheques deposited on 12 Dec; funds to be credited from 5pm on 13 Dec

As announced by The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), a technical issue arising from the central cheque processing system has impacted the cheque clearing for Singapore Dollar (SGD) cheques deposited on 12 December 2023 (Tuesday).

 

There will be a delay in the crediting and receipt of SGD funds on 13 December 2023 (Wednesday). Funds will be credited from 5pm onwards on 13 December*. Please be assured that the central cheque processing system has been fully restored.

*Crediting and receipt of US Dollar (USD) cheques on 13 December 2023 may experience delays, depending on individual bank systems and processes.

Beware of fake Scamshield apps

Dear Valued Customer,

Beware of fake Scamshield apps. Scammers have been impersonating bank staff to get customers to download a fake Scamshield app through a web link. The fake app allows unauthorised transactions to be performed on phones. RHB will never send you any links to download third-party apps. Always download apps from official sources only.
